Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare legal documents, notices, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Organise and update legal files in line with compliance regulations.
- Provide legal and administrative assistance across a range of disciplines, in particular Planning, Procurement and Contracts, Enforcement and Housing matters.
- Assist with complaints, information requests, and internal legal queries.
Key Skills:
- A law graduate (or equivalent) with relevant paralegal or legal administrative experience, ideally in local government.
- Experience in court processes, legal drafting, and working to tight deadlines.
- Good working knowledge of housing, planning, data protection, or FOI.
- A clear understanding of local government structure and processes.
