Key Responsibilities:
- Support Investigation Officers and Managers in investigating solicitors and regulated individuals.
- Review documents to highlight key information and prepare detailed chronologies.
- Obtain and analyze publicly available information and correspond with stakeholders.
- Draft various documents and make appropriate recommendations.
- Manage, collate, and store evidence efficiently.
- Deliver on additional tasks and projects to support departmental objectives.
Key Skills:
- Qualifying Law Degree or equivalent.
- Experience in conducting open source research and handling legal documentation.
- Flexible and resilient in high-pressure environments.
- Highly organized and reliable with self-management skills.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills with the ability to understand complex information.
