Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake fee earning tasks to assist with running a caseload or run a low value/pre funded caseload under supervision.
• Draft legal documents using appropriate precedents and templates.
• Conduct effective legal research and present results accurately.
• Learn and comply with firm policies and business processes.
• Perform all administrative duties associated with the role.
• Support fee earners in preparing for business development and marketing activities.
• Attend business development events as appropriate.
• Time record all work and work towards a fee earning target set (£20,000 up to £120,000).

Key Skills:

• Previous experience within a legal support or administrative role.
• Previous experience within Clinical Negligence.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
