Join our dynamic Employment team in Birmingham as a Paralegal, supporting diverse clients across sectors in a fast-paced environment.

The role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Employment, Pensions and Immigration team. The Birmingham - based role is primarily to support our Birmingham employment team and will also involve work across our National Service Line, supporting clients across a broad range of sectors including automotive, retail, technology, sport, health, and education. This is an exciting opportunity to support a busy and collaborative team, advising a wide range of clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

Role You will play a key role in supporting lawyers with all elements of case preparation, client liaison, legal research, document management, training, client meetings and much more. The role is ideal for someone looking to develop their legal career in a dynamic and supportive environment. Some examples of the work you can expect to be involved in includes:
