Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support job evaluation plans and frameworks to ensure compliance with Federal Pay Equity legislation
  • Collaborate with pay equity committees and union members to facilitate job evaluation and classification discussions
  • Conduct advanced data analysis on compensation and job structure data
  • Create clear and concise reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Key Skills:

  • Experience supporting federal pay equity compliance and job evaluation projects
  • Familiarity with working with pay equity committees and/or union groups
  • Strong analytical skills, with a mix of qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, functions, and interconnected worksheets)
