Summary: An Oracle HCM Specialist is sought for a hybrid role that combines functional and some technical responsibilities, primarily focusing on Oracle HCM systems. The position requires two days of on-site work in Warwick and is classified as inside IR35, necessitating engagement through an FCSA accredited umbrella company. The role demands strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with effective communication abilities to support users and manage service requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Oracle HCM experience, focusing on HR modules such as Oracle HRMS, Oracle SSHR, and Oracle Workflow.
• Engage in problem-solving, investigative, and analytical tasks within an application support team.
• Query, manipulate, and configure SQL as needed.
• Manage service requests, incidents, and problems using a help desk system.
• Respond to users within established service level agreements (SLA's) and operating level agreements (OLA's).
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients and project teams.
• Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
• Provide sensitive solutions to issues and negotiate as necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
