Summary: An Oracle HCM Specialist is sought for a hybrid role that combines functional and some technical responsibilities, primarily focusing on Oracle HCM systems. The position requires two days of on-site work in Warwick and is classified as inside IR35, necessitating engagement through an FCSA accredited umbrella company. The role demands strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with effective communication abilities to support users and manage service requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Oracle HCM experience, focusing on HR modules such as Oracle HRMS, Oracle SSHR, and Oracle Workflow.
- Engage in problem-solving, investigative, and analytical tasks within an application support team.
- Query, manipulate, and configure SQL as needed.
- Manage service requests, incidents, and problems using a help desk system.
- Respond to users within established service level agreements (SLA's) and operating level agreements (OLA's).
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients and project teams.
- Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
- Provide sensitive solutions to issues and negotiate as necessary.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
Key Skills:
- Experience with Oracle HCM, particularly in HR modules.
- Strong problem-solving, investigative, and analytical skills.
- Experience in application support teams.
- Proficiency in querying, manipulating, and configuring SQL.
- Knowledge of help desk systems and service request management.
