Summary: The role of Informatica Oracle PL/SQL Developer involves working with a leading Automotive Finance company, utilizing programming skills in Informatica, Oracle, and PL/SQL to enhance financial systems. The position requires collaboration with a team of developers to deliver changes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with Agile standards in a dynamic environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver changes to established financial applications in compliance with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external developers on project work and system enhancements.
  • Support applications in the production environment, assisting with troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Work from written specifications or JIRA stories to refine solutions independently.
  • Engage with analysts to refine requirements and provide technical expertise.
  • Assist testers in functional testing of changes.
  • Write and maintain documentation and knowledge base within JIRA and Confluence.
  • Communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders at various levels.
  • Ensure timely delivery of development work to maintain stable operations.
  • Adhere to Agile Working Model standards and Change Management processes.
  • Support DevOps providers in project and support activities.

Key Skills:

  • Solid experience in Informatica and Oracle PL/SQL development, ideally on Oracle 19c.
  • Proficiency in database table design, SQL queries, and SQL tuning.
  • Ability to self-lead and work in a dynamic Agile team environment.
  • Experience engaging with various IT teams and suppliers.
  • Adaptability to change and exposure to the Financial Services industry.
  • Extensive programming experience in Oracle.
  • Familiarity with Windows client/server applications and AWS cloud environments.
  • Experience with cloud data warehouses is desirable.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Windows client use.
