Summary: Cedar is seeking an experienced HR Consultant with expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM to lead HR transformation initiatives for clients. The role involves designing Oracle Fusion HCM modules and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices. This is a 6-month contract position with hybrid working arrangements, reporting to the HR Director in Central London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the functional design and configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Absence Management, Compensation, and others as required.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into system design specifications.
- Work closely with the selected system integrator, providing support as well critical analysis of design.
- Carry out system configuration, testing, validation, and issue resolution.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle Fusion HCM best practice and identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimisation.
- Produce functional documentation, including design specifications, test scripts, and user training materials.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and system security across the HCM platform.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working with HR systems, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Demonstrable experience in designing and deploying Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and UK employment practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s) desirable.
