Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and provide oversight of a locality-based team supporting Ukrainian refugees.
- Collaborate with dedicated schools and health teams for targeted support.
- Contribute to the Communities leadership team in service development.
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures through quality assurance processes.
Key Skills:
- Postgraduate professional qualification in management or a relevant service specialism.
- Relevant chartered status or equivalent high-level experience.
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Experience managing emotional demands from client interactions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate issues.
- Advanced knowledge of systems, procedures, and policies in specialist areas.
