Summary: The Oracle EBS Functional Support role involves providing Tier 1 support for the bank's Oracle financial application systems, focusing on operational efficiency and data integrity. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, improve, monitor, and maintain the bank's Oracle financial application systems.
- Provide day-to-day support for Oracle E-business Financial Module(s) with a focus on General Ledger, Accounts Payables, and Fixed Assets.
- Engage in project scope, design, hands-on configuration, testing, documentation, and production support duties.
- Support all Oracle-related interfaces and provide training to business users.
- Develop test scripts and scenarios for user acceptance testing and system validation.
- Perform system implementation, disaster recovery, and general monitoring and maintenance tasks on Oracle E-business Financial Suite.
- Utilize basic SQL skills for troubleshooting and interface projects.
Key Skills:
- Experience with Oracle E-business Financial Modules, particularly General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets.
- Strong understanding of financial application systems and operational efficiency.
- Hands-on configuration and testing experience.
