Summary: The Oracle Cloud Project Manager role involves leading cutover and business transition activities for a strategic initiative within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Oracle Cloud Business Process Owner groups and Applications Solution delivery teams to prepare a list of Cutover tasks.
- Prepare and refine a detailed cutover plan with activities, dependencies, resources, and timelines for transitioning to Production environments.
- Coordinate with Solution delivery teams to optimize the time needed for Cutover activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on cutover activities and Business & IT readiness.
- Work with data conversion teams to ensure optimized data migration activities as per the Cutover Plan.
- Develop interim processes with Business teams to minimize disruptions during the Cutover period.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with cutover activities.
- Support and lead teams in conducting a full rehearsal of all cutover activities prior to Production cutover.
- Act as a draft/review resource for cutover-related communications, keeping stakeholders informed.
- Provide status updates to Stakeholders and ensure Cutover activities align with the Program Schedule.
- Develop and maintain contingency plans for critical cutover activities.
- Oversee post-cutover stabilization activities and ensure end-user support.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all cutover activities.
- Conduct a post-mortem review after cutover and implement best practices for future deployments.
- Support the organization in adopting Oracle Cloud modules through hypercare to BAU operations.
- Act as a liaison for the global cutover team, ensuring proper handoff of daily execution progress.
Key Skills:
- Project Management experience in managing complex cloud-based implementations.
- Proven experience managing cutover activities for large-scale projects.
- Experience in Data Migration, Change Management, Security & Controls, and Hypercare activities.
- Experience with Jira, SmartSheet, and MS Project.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with Oracle Cloud Business Process Owner groups, as well as Applications Solution delivery and boundary Systems teams to prepare a list of Cutover tasks
- Prepare and refine our detailed cutover plan, with activities, dependencies between activities, resources, and timelines required for transitioning to our Production environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, external suppliers, customers, and Partners, to ensure alignment on cutover activities and Business & IT readiness.

- Work with Business teams to develop interim process so that business can operate with minimal disruptions during the Cutover period

- Support and lead teams in conducting a full rehearsal of all cutover activities, prior to our Production cutover phase
- Work with Corporate communications team and act as a draft/review resource for all cutover-related communications, keeping stakeholders informed of timelines, activities, and any issues or changes.
- Provide status updates to Stakeholders and ensure Cutover activities align with the Program Schedule
- Develop and maintain contingency plans for critical cutover activities, preparing for potential delays, rollbacks, or system issues.
- Oversee post-cutover stabilization activities, ensuring any issues are addressed quickly and that end-users have the support they need.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all cutover activities, including step-by-step procedures, roles and responsibilities, and lessons learned.
