Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and implementing primary Oracle Cloud Financials modules.
- Configuring Oracle Cloud Instance for Client Proof of Concept.
- Demonstrating Oracle Cloud Functionality.
- Overseeing requirements definition, design, and gap analysis.
- Leading application configuration and functional support for technical activities.
- Conducting solution validation workshops and overseeing testing support.
- Managing training delivery, post go-live support, and functional implementation advice.
- Creating high-quality functional specification documentation.
- Supporting clients through full testing lifecycles and Go Live.
- Managing change requests and liaising with Oracle for effective client SR management.
- Ensuring clients are updated with the latest Oracle Cloud quarterly releases.
- Assisting with risk management and change management on projects.
- Providing status and issue reports to the project manager/client regularly.
Key Skills:
- Customer-facing expertise in Oracle Cloud (SaaS) modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Procurement.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Reporting tools like Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence.
- Ability to identify and document business requirements using Oracle OUM and/or AIM methodology.
- Strong skills in creating functional specification documentation.
- Experience in managing testing lifecycles and Go Live processes.
- Effective communication and project deliverable management skills.
- Knowledge of risk management and change management practices.
