Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive administration support including audio typing.
  • Produce quality documents ensuring high standards of accuracy and presentation.
  • Make travel arrangements and assist with the management of the Director’s calendar.
  • Deal with correspondence and compose written replies on behalf of the team.
  • Draft and type complex documentation including letters, schedules, and reports.
  • Operate a bring-forward system for the team and ensure access to relevant papers.
  • Receive telephone calls on behalf of the team and respond to enquiries.
  • Produce professional services invoices and assist with overdue invoice recovery.
  • Complete KYC and onboarding processes for the team.
  • Maintain and update the filing system and manage general administrative tasks.
  • Research and book restaurants and venues for client meetings.

Key Skills:

  • Educated to A level standard or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a busy, demanding environment.
  • Excellent practical use of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good presentation skills.
