Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive administration support including audio typing.
- Produce quality documents ensuring high standards of accuracy and presentation.
- Make travel arrangements and assist with the management of the Director’s calendar.
- Deal with correspondence and compose written replies on behalf of the team.
- Draft and type complex documentation including letters, schedules, and reports.
- Operate a bring-forward system for the team and ensure access to relevant papers.
- Receive telephone calls on behalf of the team and respond to enquiries.
- Produce professional services invoices and assist with overdue invoice recovery.
- Complete KYC and onboarding processes for the team.
- Maintain and update the filing system and manage general administrative tasks.
- Research and book restaurants and venues for client meetings.
Key Skills:
- Educated to A level standard or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a busy, demanding environment.
- Excellent practical use of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with good presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain an approachable demeanor.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize workload effectively.
