Summary: The On-Site IT Support Engineer (SC Cleared) role involves providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to users in a leading organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st/2nd Line on-site technical support for users (at all levels)
  • Proactively seek out IT issues and actively resolve them in a timely manner
  • Support various hardware and software issues and fixes (e.g. logins, application issues, mobile, laptops)
  • Perform morning walkthrough to ensure printers and meeting room equipment is working correctly
  • Provide exceptional, friendly customer service to users when assisting them with IT queries
  • Support the IT Manager with ad-hoc technical duties as directed
  • Communicate effectively with the customer and manage technical queries in line with company standards and SLA's

Key Skills:

  • Demonstrable technical IT support experience at 1st/2nd Line level
  • Highly personable and approachable individual, able to support users at all levels
  • Strong understanding of traditional IT environments (and associated hardware and software)
  • Active UK Security Clearance

About On-Site IT Support Engineer (SC Cleared) Specialism(s): Tech Bar Support, Deskside Support, User Support, IT Hardware Support, Basic Application Support, IT Moves & Changes, SC Clearance Required Clearance: UK SC (Active) - Mandatory Type: Contract Location: Central London IR35: Inside IR35 (via Umbrella) Start: ASAP / Urgent Pay Rate: £200 - £260 per day Working Pattern: Mon - Fri (8am - 4:30pm) On-Site IT Support Engineer (SC Cleared) CPS Group UK are delighted to be working with a leading organisation to appoint an internal IT Support Engineer on a contract (daily rate) basis. The IT Support Engineer will work on the user-facing Tech Bar, supporting users with IT related queries and solving associated technical hardware and basic software issues. The role requires active UK Security Clearance, therefore candidates without active SC Clearance cannot be considered
