Summary: The Office Fleet Administrator at Absolute Solar and Wind will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the office by managing the company fleet and providing administrative support. This full-time, permanent role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in IT platforms. The ideal candidate will have a current driving license and experience in fleet management. The position is based near Glasgow, Scotland, within a leading renewable energy company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Operations Teams by maintaining the serviceability of the Company Fleet, arranging servicing and maintenance as required.
  • Delivery/collection of vehicles to and from service providers.
  • Update and maintain the Fleet database using the online Workflow Management System, Reflow.
  • Assist Warehouse staff in maintaining and updating the warehouse stock database.
  • Arrange calibration of Company tools involving collection and delivery from suppliers while maintaining and updating the Tools database.
  • Maintain and update the Company IT database.

Key Skills:

  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred).
  • Previous experience in managing a fleet of company vehicles (preferred).
  • Previous administration experience.
  • Proficiency in using IT and Sharepoint.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
