Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception duties including managing visitor access and local HSE and security inductions.
  • HSE and Security responsibilities including raising, processing, and resolving issues.
  • Administrative support to onsite Engineering teams, including raising purchase orders and maintaining stock control.
  • Maintaining digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • General administrative support such as meeting room management and coordinating maintenance of office equipment.
  • Liaising with the Technical Administration team in Derby to ensure adherence to processes.

Key Skills:

  • Courteous attitude and familiarity with business etiquette.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
