Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop deliverables for new model introductions, including vehicle assembly concept design and process documentation.
• Support and drive the implementation of best practices to improve right-first-time (RFT) delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
• Conduct time and motion studies for line balancing and facility layout optimization.
• Lead the design of new layouts or amendments to existing ones in alignment with overall facility vision.
• Support cross-functional business activities to achieve project deliverables, including concept and design reviews.
• Own and maintain Hours Per Car (HPC) data for new model introductions to meet plant efficiency targets.

Key Skills:

• A degree in mechanical/automotive engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in planning and execution of new vehicle programs.
• Knowledge of complex vehicle systems and assembly processes.
• Experience with end-of-line vehicle processing and finishing.
• Ability to identify and resolve product-related issues while meeting quality targets.
• Strong understanding of safe working practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make decisive decisions under pressure.
