Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare vehicles and conduct tests within the Vehicle Semi-Anechoic Chamber.
  • Acquire and validate test data using LMS software.
  • Release validated data to NVH attribute teams.
  • Operate 4wd chassis dynamometers for dynamic and static test activities.
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting of NVH test results.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety risk assessments.

Key Skills:

  • Understanding of rig/vehicle based NVH data acquisition.
  • Experience in a rig/vehicle test environment.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent operational experience.
  • Significant experience with 4wd chassis dynamometers.
  • Proficiency in Siemens LMS software for NVH data acquisition.
  • Knowledge of vehicle components and subsystems.
  • Proficient in noise and vibration measurement techniques.
  • PC literate with knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word & Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for presenting complex information.

Salary (Rate): £27.21
