Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical implementation of medium to large-scale network infrastructures to defined project timelines
  • Provide end-to-end support including installation, troubleshooting, resolution, and proactive maintenance
  • Liaise with project SMEs to ensure performance optimisation and high customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to architectural design, implementation, and governance of technical solutions
  • Deliver project work in line with customer specifications and internal quality standards
  • Independently implement LAN networks and infrastructure patching based on design documentation
  • Design and deploy LAN networks in accordance with JSP 604 standards
  • Create and manage as-fitted documentation and handle ECR processes with customer authorities
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, working with third parties when necessary
  • Ensure system performance remains within SLA parameters
  • Support continuous improvement through adoption of new tools, technologies and best practices

Key Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Juniper or Cisco networking technologies
  • Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
