Network Administrator DV CLEARED

Summary: The Network Administrator role requires a DV cleared professional to manage and optimize a global network infrastructure in a high-pressure environment. The position involves monitoring network performance, processing service requests, and providing technical support to end users and Managed Service Providers. Candidates should have experience with Juniper or Cisco devices and a solid understanding of ITIL processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and reporting on network elements to ensure performance and stability.
• Processing customer service requests and deploying configurations for new services.
• Liaising with service management teams and customer stakeholders to deliver network solutions.
• Providing technical support to Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and end-user groups.
• Maintaining accurate network documentation, including network diagrams and configurations.
• Supporting annual Crypto Key Fill and updating the CMDB.
• Providing out-of-hours on-call technical support on a rotational basis (1 week in 4).

Key Skills:

• Experience with Juniper network devices and Juniper firewalls (Cisco experience considered).
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Experience with encryption technologies to ensure secure communications.
• Understanding of handling sensitive materials and maintaining secure environments (desirable).
