The role We are looking for a Minor Works Project Manager to join our Campus Division at the University of Bristol. This 6-month fixed-term role focuses on coordinating the delivery of small building fabric works arising from Field Services activities , including IT-led infrastructure projects (e.g. cabling installations), as well as supporting business-as-usual project activity across the estate. You’ll play a key role in managing the early stages of projects, ensuring they align with our strategy and are scoped, costed, risk-assessed, and delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance. You will work closely with internal teams such as Facilities Management, IT Services, Building Services, and contractors (e.g. Telent), managing everything from stakeholder engagement and RAMS reviews to implementing remedial works, access planning, governance, and compliance with key protocols such as CDM, fire safety, and asbestos management.
