Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory, warehouse, order fulfillment, and logistics.
- Map business requirements to standard SCM features in D365 F&O and identify areas for configuration or minimal customization.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define To-Be processes and guide solution design.
- Translate functional requirements into clear documentation for technical teams.
- Stay aligned with Microsoft’s product roadmap to deliver scalable, future-proof solutions.
- Support data migration, testing, training, and post-go-live stabilization.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365, with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management.
- Deep functional expertise in Trade & Logistics, Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, or Manufacturing.
- Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end D365 SCM implementations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional project teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (SCM Functional Consultant Associate or similar) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Integration Knowledge (WMS/TMS/3PL) is a nice to have.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
