Summary: The Microsoft 365 Configuration & Administration Specialist is responsible for the administration, configuration, governance, and support of Microsoft 365 services and cloud-based collaboration platforms. Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, administer, and support Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Manage Microsoft 365 user administration, permissions, policies, and licensing.
  • Configure security, compliance, Conditional Access, and MFA policies.
  • Manage endpoint security and device compliance through Microsoft Intune.
