Summary: The MI Reporting Manager role within the Core Replacement Programme at Leeds Building Society is pivotal in delivering data-driven insights to support senior leadership discussions. Key Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and analyze data from the Core replacement programme to produce insightful reporting.
• Drive insights from data and report on programme progress and dependencies across 13-14 squads.
• Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders to communicate findings and progress.
• Utilize JIRA and Confluence for project management and reporting purposes.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations using Power BI to present data effectively.
• Set and drive data standards and best practices within the programme.
• Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights for various stakeholders.
