Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective educational strategies and best practices for educational programs aligned with business needs.
  • Anticipate changes in the internal environment and emerging science to ensure timely adjustments to meet educational priorities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive the education strategy tailored to local healthcare communities.
  • Utilize feedback and data analytics to measure the success of educational initiatives.
  • Act as a Medical Education subject matter expert, designing and deploying local initiatives.
  • Lead and facilitate high-impact medical education programs for healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including key Thought Leaders and educational associations.
  • Ensure quality submissions of educational programs that align with accreditation requirements.
  • Participate in regional, national, and international congresses to engage with thought leaders and enhance educational strategies.

Key Skills:

  • Registered dietitian, nurse, or pharmacist with relevant clinical experience in obesity management.
  • Deep scientific and clinical knowledge of obesity pathophysiology and treatment.
  • Experience in delivering quality obesity or cardiometabolic education.
  • Ability to use data for strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to make independent decisions within established guidelines.
  • University degree in health sciences or related field.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Full clean driving license.
  • Existing relationships with stakeholders in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
  • Pharmaceutical experience and teaching qualification preferred.
