Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical services in alignment with divisional strategy, ensuring safety, legality, and compliance.
• Maintain a healthy, safe, and secure environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Monitor adherence to employer and industry compliance within designated responsibilities.
• Lead the delivery and development of technical services across all workstreams.
• Act as a guide and advisor for technical matters to the Account Director, serving as deputy duty holder.
• Identify asset improvement and lifecycle opportunities under a continuous improvement program.
• Maximize additional revenue opportunities through project work and customer investment.
• Protect the employer from technical risks, including revenue leakage and margin impact.
• Contribute to the long-term strategy of the service delivery model.
• Ensure services are delivered in a commercially responsible manner, meeting budgets and financial targets.
