Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the First Line Supervisor to enhance safety culture.
• Complete mechanical maintenance and bolting activities in the workshop and field.
• Perform preventative maintenance and defect repairs on mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with site planning, supervision, and other departments to optimize processes.
• Investigate failures and conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

Key Skills:

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a Mechanical Trade; HNC in Mechanical Engineering is a plus.
• Experience in the oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
• Strong technical and IT skills; familiarity with SAP is a bonus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
