Summary: The Salesforce Project Manager will oversee the delivery of Salesforce projects for a client in the Non-profit sector on a 3-month contract. This role requires extensive experience in Salesforce, particularly in managing system integrations, data migrations, UAT testing, and providing post-Go Live support. The position is based in London with a hybrid working model, requiring 2-3 days in the office each week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring successful outcomes within the defined scope, budget, and timelines.
- Manage system integration efforts, working closely with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and other systems.
- Oversee data migration processes, ensuring smooth transitions from Legacy systems to new Salesforce configurations, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Coordinate and manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing) processes, ensuring that business requirements are met and end-users are prepared for system deployment.
- Provide post-Go Live support, including troubleshooting issues, assisting users, and providing floorwalking support to ensure smooth adoption.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Project Manager, ideally within the Non-profit sector.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and system integrations.
- Hands-on experience with data migrations, ensuring the safe and accurate transfer of data from Legacy systems to Salesforce.
- Expertise in UAT testing, managing feedback, and ensuring that issues are resolved prior to Go Live.
- Post-Go Live support experience, including floorwalking, troubleshooting, and providing user training and guidance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical teams.
