Summary: This role is for a Marketing Manager at an established school in Somerset, ideal for someone at the Marketing Manager level or an experienced Senior Marketing Executive seeking advancement. The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract, focusing on managing the entire marketing mix and reporting to the Marketing Director. The successful candidate will also oversee a digital marketer and handle various marketing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire marketing mix including strategy and planning, communications and PR, advertising, digital, branding, and events.
- Produce an annual activity planner and marketing collateral.
- Line manage a digital marketer.
- Report to the Marketing Director.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Effortless stakeholder management skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital channels.
- Organised and effective project manager capable of meeting tight deadlines.

What you’ll be doing
The successful candidate will report into the Marketing Director and they will line manage a digital marketer. This will be a busy and all-encompassing marketing role where the successful postholder look after the entire marketing mix including: strategy and planning, producing annual activity planner, communications and PR, Advertising, Digital, Branding, Events, producing marketing collateral and more.
