Summary: The HR Project Manager role involves leading the overhaul of HR processes within a financial services firm, reporting to the Head of Recruitment. The position requires ownership of project delivery, including setting timelines and tracking progress. The candidate will collaborate with the Talent team to analyze current practices and address any project blockers. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the driving force behind the process change, setting timelines and creating visual project trackers to hold teams accountable and report progress upwards.
- Liaise with the wider Talent team to collect data held in Workday to analyze the current state of play and 'as is' practices.
- Triage priorities and ensure any projects that are stalling or hitting blockers are flagged and can be addressed in a timely manner.
Key Skills:
- Excellent project management skills, with an ability to hold stakeholders of varying seniority accountable to timelines.
- Confidence using Excel to build project trackers and reports, which can be shared internally.
- Experience working within HR or a Talent function previously is highly desired, with prior use of Workday extremely helpful.

The outline of what is required is already set, you will just need to come in and take ownership of the delivery.
