Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the marketing strategy, process and activities for ETFs delivering the marketing plan in a measurable and efficient way, in line with brand, sales and overall business objectives.
- Develop, review and maintain marketing collateral in English and Dutch, contributing to building online client experiences to drive leads to sales, ensuring quality of the content published on the website and customization to local needs.
- Maintain responsibility for the ETFs marketing budget, ensuring that it is used only to promote ETFs and that all invoices are tracked and assigned to the correct budget.
- Coordinate the planning for roadshows and regional events, cooperating with sales at events and conferences.
- Ensure that all marketing activities are approved by the legal and compliance teams, and that only Professional Investors see communications.
- Work in partnership with the sales team to establish joint priorities and gain alignment on strategic plans to deliver an integrated marketing campaign for ETFs.
- Learn and utilize digital tools (Tableau, Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe Analytics) for communication, client segmenting and reporting, allowing evaluation and adjustment of the marketing mix.
Key Skills:
- Experience in marketing strategy and execution, particularly in financial services or banking.
- Proficiency in developing marketing collateral in English and Dutch.
