Summary: The Web Ecosystem Consultant role involves evaluating and enhancing the organization's web presence and digital infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and optimize the performance of existing websites and digital platforms
• Advise on best practices for website architecture, CMS, and SEO
• Coordinate across teams to align web strategy with business goals
• Analyse user behavior and recommend improvements for UX and engagement
• Identify and integrate third-party tools and technologies to improve digital capabilities
• Provide guidance on content strategy, web governance, and analytics tracking
• Manage partner outreach, support, feedback, and success story development
• Collaborate with product teams and collect feedback
