Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the marketing strategy, process, and activities for ETFs, delivering measurable marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Develop, review, and maintain marketing collateral in English and Dutch.
- Enhance online client experiences to drive leads to sales, ensuring quality content on the website tailored to local needs.
- Manage the ETFs marketing budget, ensuring proper allocation and tracking of invoices.
- Coordinate planning for roadshows and regional events, collaborating with sales at events and conferences.
- Ensure all marketing activities are approved by legal and compliance teams, targeting only Professional Investors.
- Work with the sales team to establish joint priorities and align on strategic plans for integrated marketing campaigns.
- Utilize digital tools (Tableau, Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe Analytics) for communication, client segmentation, and reporting.
Key Skills:
- Excellent project management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English; fluency in another European language (especially German) is a plus.
- Experience in the asset management/financial industry, particularly in managing events and marketing projects.
- Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Creative thinking and effective communication skills to influence and coordinate multiple parties.
- Ability to work within an intercultural global team.
