Summary: The role of Product Owner involves shaping and executing the digital product strategy for an innovative organization in the energy sector. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Product Management and will be engaged in a 6-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension. The role includes a mix of remote work with one day on-site each month in Plymouth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and communicate a clear and compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
• Create and maintain a roadmap that outlines prioritised features, enhancements, and deliverables.
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog to balance customer-facing features with technical improvements and debt.
• Champion user-centric design principles in collaboration with UX/UI designers.
• Define acceptable levels of quality for product development, promoting iterative and incremental delivery.
• Motivate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers.
