OverviewWe are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in the UK.This individual will be super organised and proactive, with an eye for detail and creativity.You ll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects with our diverse and talented range of people across the STRAT7 group.You will be tasked with the day-to-day running of marketing projects, as well as contributing to the wider marketing strategy.The role will involve planning, executing, and overseeing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring they meet objectives and deliver measurable results.The STRAT7 group consists of multiple agencies, therefore the chosen individual will be confident in juggling various tasks and adapting to different sets of brand guidelines.You ll also manage and deliver the internal comms schedule to staff across the globe, as well as supporting with awards, events, PR and more.This is a maternity cover position for an initial period of 12 months, with the potential (subject to circumstance) of the role becoming permanent after this period of time. The roleCampaign planning: Day-to-day running of marketing projects and campaigns for STRAT7, including designing/ building website content, social media posts, external emailers for content such as ebooks, blogs, webinars etc.Brand guardian: Acting as brand guardian to ensure marketing assets and copy are on-brand before being published, both within the team, and proofing assets from across the group.Internal comms: Delivering our internal comms schedule to over 400+ staff across the globe. Collating content from across the group, writing/ designing/ building weekly emails. Covering subjects such as general news, content roundups, people news, wellbeing inspiration, client/ project wins etc.Social media: Using predominantly LinkedIn social media where you will be responsible for updating content and designing LinkedIn and website posts.Webinars: Coordinating webinars via Zoom / Microsoft Teams, incorporating email and social media campaigns to boost sign ups.Events: Scoping and supporting with live events, whether hosted by STRAT7 or partnering with external vendors for sponsorship/ speaking packages, ensuring tasks are completed on time, on budget and we achieve ROI.PR: Ensuring we have a steady stream of press coverage to keep STRAT7 front of mind with clients/prospects. Gathering info internally and coordinating with PR partner (here applicable to review press releases and track coverage.Awards: Flag relevant awards to agency marketing teams. Updating internal tracker with submissions/wins. Promote wins internally and externally.Stakeholder relationships: Communicating confidently with stakeholders across the business, often the senior leadership team, to gather content or update on progress, and generally maintaining good relationships with teams and agencies across the group.
