Salt is working with one of the world s leading FMCG companies, seeking a Marketing Analyst / Media Measurement Specialist to play a key role in analysing data from a wide range of marketing and sales sources to provide actionable insights that drive growth.This position will focus on marketing mix modelling (MMM), media channel performance, and cross-channel analysis to optimise marketing spend and improve ROI.3+ month, immediate start contractCirca 300 per day, outside IR35Ideally hybrid working in London, but open to remoteYou will:Develop, maintain, and refine MMM to optimize marketing spend and improve business outcomesAnalyse and model how various marketing channels contribute to overall sales and brand performance and provide recommendations on marketing budget allocation and strategy adjustments based on model outputsCombine and interpret data from diverse sources (sales data, media performance, consumer insights, retail data) to create a comprehensive view of marketing effectivenessDeliver actionable insights and recommendations on product launches, campaigns, promotions, and media strategies to drive growth and enhance market shareWork with various data systems and platforms to gather, clean, and integrate marketing and sales data (CRM, media monitoring platforms, retail sales data, social listening tools, etc.).Develop dashboards and reports to track media performance across all channels, delivering real-time insights and KPIs to marketing teamsYou will need:Strong experience in marketing/media analytics, preferably within the FMCG industryStrong expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and understanding of its application to drive marketing investment decisionsProficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python) and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Experience with marketing data platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Nielsen, social listening tools) and familiarity with CRM systemsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders
