Summary: This role is for a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice who will support the B2B Marketing and New Business teams while undergoing training to become a skilled digital marketer. The apprenticeship includes comprehensive training in various marketing disciplines, including brand management and content creation, with a focus on practical application. The position offers a hybrid working model, allowing for both remote and in-office work in Leeds. The program aims to equip the apprentice with the necessary skills to excel in a competitive marketing landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support B2B Marketing and New Business teams.
- Engage in training covering brand management, content creation, SEO, and online/offline marketing.
- Participate in monthly 1-2-1 sessions with a tutor and group sessions with other apprentices.
- Learn and apply principles of marketing, social media, and campaign evaluation.
- Contribute to creating content for various platforms and managing paid media campaigns.
Key Skills:
- Qualification in a business or creative subject.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work proactively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
- Numerate with excellent written English skills.
- Understanding of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Ability to learn new systems and tech platforms quickly.
