Summary: The Group Finance Director role is an interim position aimed at providing backfill for the Acting CFO from March 2025, with a cover period expected to last between 6 to 12 months. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide interim cover for the Acting CFO, enabling their position from March 2025.
• Lead and manage a team of 6 direct reports and approximately 40 FTE across various finance functions.
• Oversee financial transaction services, management accounts, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement new finance systems and processes, including migration to cloud-based platforms and automation of transaction processing.
• Manage tax and pension-related activities, including corporation tax returns and legal entity restructuring.
• Drive the development and execution of finance education programs across the business.
