Manufacturing Engineer

Summary: The Manufacturing Engineer role is a 12-month contract focused on implementing and improving manufacturing processes with a commitment to a 'Zero Defects' approach. Key Responsibilities:

• Take a 'Zero Defects' approach in all day-to-day activities.
• Develop, implement, validate, maintain, and continuously improve manufacturing processes.
• Create, maintain, and govern elements that clearly define the manufacturing process and control them effectively.
• Capture, analyze, and use data to demonstrate and improve manufacturing processes.

Key Skills:

• Qualified to HNC level in an Engineering subject or with relevant experience.
• Computer literate with effective communication skills on technical issues.
• General awareness of Manufacturing Systems.
• Understanding of Lean Principles.
• Continuous Improvement mindset.
• Ability to read technical drawings related to manufacturing/repair processes.
