Key Responsibilities:
- Take a 'Zero Defects' approach in all day-to-day activities.
- Develop, implement, validate, maintain, and continuously improve manufacturing processes.
- Create, maintain, and govern elements that clearly define the manufacturing process and control them effectively.
- Capture, analyze, and use data to demonstrate and improve manufacturing processes.
Key Skills:
- Qualified to HNC level in an Engineering subject or with relevant experience.
- Computer literate with effective communication skills on technical issues.
- General awareness of Manufacturing Systems.
- Understanding of Lean Principles.
- Continuous Improvement mindset.
- Ability to read technical drawings related to manufacturing/repair processes.
