Summary: The Manufacturing BOM Engineer Release Specialist role involves managing engineering concerns and ensuring the accuracy of releases within a hybrid working environment in Coventry. The position is a 12-month contract with a focus on collaboration across teams and process improvement in the automotive sector. Candidates must have valid eligibility to work in the UK and travel within the EU. The role requires experience in engineering release and knowledge of DELMIA and Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load, validate and release all Engineering Concerns (Change Orders/Change Actions) in DELMIA
- Attend regular cross-functional meetings
- Maintain progress reports to their line managers and with the customer
- Conduct any validation activities needed to ensure our releases are robust and accurate
- Manage the releases to completion and within the programme timing
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in engineering release
- Well knowledge of Navigating Engineering structure
- Experience or knowledge of driving process improvement activities and managing change
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in the automotive industry
- DELMIA Knowledge
- Experience of using Agile methodology, JIRA / Confluence

Job Description
As Manufacturing BOM Engineer Release Specialist, your main responsibilities are:
- Load, validate and release all Engineering Concerns (Change Orders/Change Actions) in DELMIA
- Attend regular cross-functional meetings
