Supply Chain Business Analyst

Summary: The role of the Business Analyst focuses on developing high-quality supply chain integration solutions, particularly through the functional design of a new EDI system. The position requires effective process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management to ensure seamless delivery within the supply chain programme. The analyst will work closely with various stakeholders and 3PL providers to validate requirements and support the integration solution's design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map existing and future state supply chain processes relating to order management, fulfilment, and EDI integration
• Capture and document detailed functional requirements for the end-to-end supply chain and EDI solution
• Liaise closely with internal client stakeholders across supply chain, operations, and IT to validate requirements and designs
• Engage with 3PL providers to ensure integration readiness and operational alignment
• Collaborate with the selected EDI partner to support the design and delivery of the integration solution
• Facilitate workshops to capture supply chain requirements, process flows, and data mapping needs
• Provide ongoing business analysis support to the broader supply chain transformation and EDI programme team as required
