Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the generation of manufacturing bids, ensuring alignment with bid directives and industrial policies.
• Develop cost bases for bids using Excel, ensuring data is quantifiable and evidence-backed.
• Create competitive and compliant bid proposals using PowerPoint, assessing risks and ensuring financial soundness.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders, providing visibility on future bids and market intelligence.
• Support the New Business Team in identifying new business opportunities and developing winning strategies.
• Participate in functional and strategic change activities, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
• Ensure effective governance and adherence to policies and procedures throughout the bidding process.
