Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance subject matter expert.
  • Support development of the consultancy's P&C proposition and provide market intelligence.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to clients within the Property & Casualty sector.
  • Analyse client's business operations to identify areas of improvement.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to drive change within client organisations.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project success.
  • Manage project risks and issues, ensuring they are mitigated and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Continuously monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Support sales and bid work.

  • Proven experience in a Management Consulting role advising clients in the Property & Casualty sector.
  • Experience in a recognised Management Consultancy, winning and supporting sales and practice development in the Insurance market.
  • Led digital transformation and process improvement projects in the P&C sector.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead teams.
