Summary: The role of Management Consultant specializing in Property & Casualty involves providing strategic solutions to operational and growth challenges faced by clients in the insurance sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance subject matter expert.
- Support development of the consultancy's P&C proposition and provide market intelligence.
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients within the Property & Casualty sector.
- Analyse client's business operations to identify areas of improvement.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to drive change within client organisations.
- Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project success.
- Manage project risks and issues, ensuring they are mitigated and resolved in a timely manner.
- Continuously monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Support sales and bid work.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in a Management Consulting role advising clients in the Property & Casualty sector.
- Experience in a recognised Management Consultancy, winning and supporting sales and practice development in the Insurance market.
- Led digital transformation and process improvement projects in the P&C sector.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead teams.
