Summary: The role of Business Analyst involves collaborating with the Product Owner to understand product vision and business objectives, as well as gathering and documenting user and business requirements. The analyst will prioritize and refine the product backlog, create visual models, and facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team. Additionally, the position requires participation in solution validation and effective communication skills, with a focus on Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to understand product vision, business objectives, and stakeholder needs.
• Collect, analyze, and document user and business requirements clearly and concisely.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize the product backlog and refine user stories.
• Create flow diagrams and visual models to communicate requirements and solution design.
• Act as a bridge between the business, stakeholders, and development team.
• Be available to the development team during sprints to answer questions and resolve requirement-related blockers.
• Participate in testing and validation of the developed solution to ensure it meets defined requirements.
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
• Familiarity with Agile principles and practices (Scrum, Kanban).
