Summary: Our client, a leading global conglomerate, is looking for a Management Consultant with expertise in M&A project management and IT carve-out experience to join their Corporate Development team. The role involves strategic advisory and practical execution throughout the deal lifecycle, collaborating with senior stakeholders to manage high-value transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex M&A projects and exceptional organizational skills, contributing to significant business transformation initiatives. This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract, requiring immediate availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage M&A projects and IT carve-out initiatives throughout the full deal lifecycle.
  • Conduct pre-deal assessments and due diligence.
  • Oversee post-deal integration, separation, and carve-out delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Finance, IT, Operations, and Legal functions.
  • Ensure seamless coordination and execution of high-value transactions.
