Key Responsibilities:

• Drive financial planning – lead annual budgets and quarterly forecasts across business units
• Support business improvements – work with operational managers to assess and validate financial projects
• Deliver financial insights – provide robust reporting and early risk warnings to local and central teams
• Challenge & advise – help management achieve targets with data-driven improvement strategies
• Assess investment proposals – ensure sound financial evaluations for operational investments

Key Skills:

• Qualified Accountant (CIMA preferred) with 2+ years PQE in a manufacturing or commercial setting
• Experience with SAP or equivalent financial reporting tools
