Summary: The Logistics Project Manager will lead a significant reorganization and optimization project within logistics and warehouse operations at a global manufacturing company. This role requires a results-oriented individual with a strong background in logistics to enhance production efficiency. The position involves collaboration with various departments and managing internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Daily on-site presence is mandatory to facilitate effective communication and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage the complete overhaul and optimization of material delivery and storage systems to the production line.
  • Collaborate with various departments domestically and internationally for seamless project execution.
  • Gather best practices from sister factories to align logistics strategy.
  • Support and interface with the existing management team.
  • Manage internal stakeholders.

Key Skills:

  • Proven project management skills in delivering complex projects.
  • Extensive experience in logistics and warehouse management, ideally including new warehouse setup/mobilisations.
  • Experience in complex organizational structures.
  • Proficiency in MS Project.
  • SAP experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Formal PM qualifications are desirable but not essential.
