Key Responsibilities:
- Serving guests and creating positive experiences
- Managing all bills and payments correctly
- Preparing food, cleaning, tidying, restocking, taking deliveries, and organizing BOH areas
- Following all food safety, licensing, and health and safety policies
- Cooking and preparing meals to standard
- Preparing exceptional cocktails to standard
- Utilizing effective sales skills to up-sell products and services
- Providing excellent customer service
- Supporting other team members and management
- Promoting and supporting the bar and wider hotel
- Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10kg without assistance
- Assisting Bar Manager with daily operations and forward planning
- Performing consistent training with bar team members
- Ensuring standards are maintained and daily/weekly/monthly tasks are completed
Key Skills:
- Passionate about leading and developing a team

- Experience supervising a team within the hospitality industry
- Ability to supervise shifts without manager presence

Our food offering includes “Gusty Scran’’ and pairs with our cocktails perfectly. Sharing boards of Scottish charcuterie and our wee plates menu offer an insight into this artisanal heaven of local produce. Open to the Public and for Private hire, you’ll be passionate about all thing’s food, drinks, and providing great service in an upmarket setting with fast-paced service. We’ll be looking for proactive and friendly personalities to help lead our close-knit team.
