Summary: A Linux Technical Specialist is sought for a 12-month hybrid contract role based in Fleet, UK. Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize RHEL 8 and 9 for system management.
- Implement automation and scripting solutions using Python.
- Manage Jenkins delivery processes.
- Work with JBoss v7 & v8 and Java versions 17 and 21.
- Integrate with tools such as CyberArk.
- Join RHEL systems to Active Directory domains.
- Utilize ELK Stack for monitoring and logging (nice to have).
- Develop shell scripts for various tasks.
- Employ Ansible and Jenkins for automation.
- Utilize ServiceNow for service management, including incident and change management.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in RHEL 8 and 9.
- Experience with Sudo and automation techniques.
- Strong scripting skills, particularly in Python.
- Familiarity with Jenkins delivery (nice to have).
- Knowledge of JBoss v7 & v8 and Java 17, 21.
- Experience with CyberArk integration.
- Ability to join RHEL to AD domains.
- Understanding of ELK Stack (nice to have).
- Shell scripting expertise.
- Experience with Ansible and Jenkins.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow service management system.
