Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting senior stakeholders with negotiating and drafting general BAU commercial contracts, including supplier contracts and IT contracts.
• Collaborating with different departments, including sales and marketing, to support commercial decisions.
• Supporting the General Counsel and Head of Legal on complex projects.

Key Skills:

• Experience in a telecommunications business or a regulated environment/utilities-focused business.
• Strong commercial contract experience.
• Experience working in a regulated industry with a fast-paced caseload.
